When a business website isn't working, there are two paths: redesign what you have, or rebuild from scratch.
When a redesign is enough
A redesign is usually enough when the bones are good. If your site has the right pages and content but just looks dated, feels slow, or doesn't work on a phone, a redesign refreshes the look, speeds it up, and makes it mobile-friendly without starting over.
When a rebuild makes more sense
A rebuild makes more sense when the foundation is the problem. If it's built on something old and clunky, you fight it to make changes, or it's missing what you actually need — proper quote forms, real structure, room to grow — patching it costs more long-term than building it right once.
A quick gut check
If you mostly need it to look and feel better, that's a redesign. If you need it to work fundamentally differently, that's a rebuild.
Not sure which side you're on? That's normal — and it's the first thing we figure out together, before any work starts. The goal is never to sell you the bigger project; it's to get you the site that actually moves your business forward.
